Job Title: Registrar / Administrative Assistant to the Principals
School: Park Christian School
Location: Moorhead, Minnesota
Type: Full-time, 10.5 months
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)

Requirements:

Associate’s degree minimum (Bachelor’s preferred)

Experience in an educational setting preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software (RenWeb experience a plus)

Committed Christian, aligned with the school’s Statement of Faith

Strong integrity, professionalism, and communication skills
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to principals, maintain confidentiality, and assist with school events

Manage student, staff, and family records in RenWeb

Track attendance, process grades, and distribute reports

Support enrollment, withdrawals, and scheduling

Coordinate graduation logistics and academic awards

Collaborate with admissions and office staff on communication and events
