Would You Take It?

This is a faith-based administrative role where professionalism meets ministry. You’ll play a key role in supporting students and staff while working in a Christian environment. It offers stability, benefits, and meaningful work—but also requires handling confidential records, balancing multiple tasks, and aligning closely with the school’s faith mission.

Would you take this job? Why or why not?

If you’re considering it, ask what SIS they run - FACTS, PowerSchool, or Blackbaud - and whether you’ll own enrollment season, because the two weeks before school starts are a sprint. I covered a registrar desk last August, and a simple color‑coded inbox for transcript requests and schedule changes kept us from dropping balls.
