Preparing for our upcoming mission trip

As we gear up for the mission trip next month, I want to highlight the importance of logistics in ensuring a smooth experience. We need to finalize our transportation by the end of this week, so please let me know if you’re available to help coordinate that. It’s crucial we have everything in place to support our volunteers on the ground.

Finalizing transportation early is key; last trip, we used a group chat to coordinate rides, which helped with last-minute changes quickly. Just make sure to double-check the availability with @John, as he was a lifesaver for logistics last time.

I totally get the logistics struggle; , it drives me nuts when things aren’t lined up. Last trip, we used a shared Google Sheet to track transport assignments, which made it way easier to adjust on the fly. Can we aim to have that finalized by the end of the week? @henry760, I’d love your input on the best routes.

I remember during one trip, we had a last-minute flurry with rides that felt like a game of Tetris! Using a simple group chat really saved us. Maybe we can set up a dedicated chat this time — @hgreen46, what do you think?
