Need tips for managing short-term mission logistics

I’m coordinating a short-term mission trip next month and I’m a bit overwhelmed with the logistics. We’re expecting about 20 volunteers, and I could really use some advice on how to efficiently manage transportation and accommodations. Any tips on tools or strategies that have worked for you would be super helpful.

Creating a shared spreadsheet for transportation and accommodations worked wonders for us. We divided it by dates and responsibilities, which kept everyone on the same page and made last-minute changes way easier. Just be sure to assign someone to monitor it closely, especially as the trip date approaches.
